Committed to the safety and well-being of our guests, staff and our community during Covid-19 pandemic
Our 2022 season will be in full swing this summer with great whale watching and awesome guests who are enjoying what the Bay of Fundy has to offer. As of March, 2022, the province of Nova Scotia has lifted Covid-19 restrictions. Public Health will continue to monitor cases in the province and may need to re-evaluate this measure. We will keep you updated.
To ensure the safety of everyone, here are some of the measures that we have in place for your protection:
1. Reservation and check-in procedures are minimal contact. Your reservation is secured with a credit card which will be charged 24 hours prior to your departure time. If you wish to pay by cash or debit, please check in at our office 1 hour prior to departure. The building is limited to 3 in the lobby waiting for entry into our office and only 1 person should be in our office at a time. Masks are optional but encouraged while in our office or on our boats. Please use sanitizer provided when you enter our office.
2. Because physical distancing is very important in our fight to reduce the spread of Covid-19, we ask that you respect that on our premises and on our boat. It will not always be possible to stay apart, so it is asked that you bring a mask or face covering with you. If you forget, we will provide you with one.
3. If you have any of the symptoms or are generally feeling unwell (and are prepaid), we can arrange a refund or voucher to visit us at another time.
4. The boats are also frequently sanitized throughout the cruise and hand sanitizer is available.
These measures may seem extreme, but we have nothing but your health and safety in mind as we try to work through this crisis together. It is our endeavor to protect our guests, our staff and our community at this time.
