If you do not wish to use our online form, please call us to make a reservation with a credit card number.  The toll free number is 1-800-656-3660. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we receive this information.

We request prepayment to hold and confirm your reservation either with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.  Prepayment can also be e-transferred to biwscrd@gmail.com. Cash is accepted upon ticket purchase before trip purchase. Prepayments are not transacted until 24 hours before trip departure. 

Cancellations not received within 24 hours of trip departure will be billed accordingly.  If the cruise departs and you’re not on it, there is no refund.
