Cruises are 2 to 2.5 hours in Duration. Cetacean Defender times are on the first row and the Cetacean Defender is available on June 8th. Note that the 6pm cruise is available July 6, 2024 until September 2, 2024 while the other times start on June 8th, 2024 and end October 6, 2024

Harmonized tax of 15% is not included in the posted prices. Prices are in Canadian Funds and departures are Atlantic Time. Discounts rates cannot be combined. *Sunset cruises (5:30 pm and 6:00 pm) run in peak season only (From July 6, 2024 to September 2, 2024.)
Cruise Information
Mega Nova Cruises
Cruise is fully narrated by our naturalists and researchers.
Each cruise is 3 to 5 hours in duration.
Mega Nova Cruises are from early June until mid October.
A minimum of 15 people are required for the Mega Nova to depart.
All children up to the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
Please note: Washroom available on the Mega Nova
Children 3 & under are welcome on the Mega Nova, parental supervision required.
Cetacean Defender Zodiac™ Cruises
Cruises are partially narrated by our Captains who are very happy to answer any questions you may have.
Additional cruises may be available as required. Each cruise is 2 to 2 ½ hours in duration.
Zodiac™ cruises are scheduled from June until mid October.
A minimum of 8 people are required for the Zodiac™ to depart.
Zodiac™ may not be suitable for children 7 and under, expectant mothers or those with spinal ailments
Please be advised that taking a Zodiac ™ cruise is at your own risk. There are no toilet facilities on the Zodiac™.
Anyone over 90 pounds will be provided with a full length flotation suit. You must be able to wear one of our flotation suits before you can go on the zodiac.
Children are provided with rain gear and a Department of Transport approved personal flotation device and please dress warmly.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CRUISES
Please arrive for check in 1 hour prior to your scheduled departure.
Departures are in Atlantic Time.
All prices DO NOT include 15% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
All prices are in Canadian Funds.
Student ID is required to receive discounted rates.
A portion of fare is contributed to our ongoing research projects.

Sightings are guaranteed; free passes will be issued at Captain’s discretion if no whales are sighted.
We request prepayment to hold and confirm your reservation either with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Prepayment can also be e-transferred to biwscrd@gmail.com. Cash is accepted upon ticket purchase before trip purchase. Prepayments are not transacted until 24 hours before trip departure. Cancellations not received within 24 hours of trip departure will be billed accordingly. If the cruise departs and you’re not on it, there is no refund.
What to Bring: Warm clothes (very important) Rain gear (in case of damp weather) Sunglasses Binoculars (especially for close view of birds) Food (snack or picnic lunch)

(Prices are for those dates on the MEGA NOVA ONLY are $40 tax not included per adult, senior and student and cannot be combined with any other offer)
